Cbazi Terms of Use & Policies

To open an account on the cbazi platform, the user must be at least 18 years old and a legal citizen or resident of Bangladesh. All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete; opening an account with false information is strictly prohibited. Each user may only operate one account; if the same individual creates multiple accounts, cbazi reserves the right to cancel all of them. It is the user's responsibility to keep their account password and login credentials completely confidential, and the account must not be shared with any third party without authorization. Any issues related to the account or any suspicious activity should be reported to our support team immediately.

Only payment methods registered in the user's own name may be used for deposits and withdrawals on the cbazi platform. Using third-party accounts or cards for transactions is strictly prohibited, and any such transactions detected may result in account suspension. Withdrawal requests are processed within a specified timeframe following verification; however, identity verification documents may be required in some cases. To prevent money laundering and fraud, cbazi complies with international KYC regulations and may request additional documentation when necessary. Cbazi strives to provide the best possible experience on both mobile and desktop devices; however, cbazi is not liable for temporary service interruptions caused by technical issues, server maintenance, or network disruptions. cbazi will not provide compensation for any losses resulting from the user's own internet connection or device issues. Any attempt to exploit a technical error on the platform to gain an unfair advantage will result in the cancellation of the relevant transaction. These terms and conditions are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh, and any disputes will be settled in Bangladeshi courts. If any provision is found to be legally unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to be fully effective.
